It is possible to cancel your order if it has not been sent. Contact us and we will help you.
If you are doing a custom order, your order may only be changed prior to any work being started on it. If work has began, your changes are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING

ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT VIA USPS WITH INSURANCE. Should you find a defect with your order, please file a claim with the USPS. At the moment, international shipping is not supported, but hopefully in the future! If you’re looking for an order to be shipped outside of the US, please contact us directly.

REFUNDS

If there is a problem with your order due to shipping (e.g. broken or missing package), it is your responsibility to file a claim with the USPS. If you have a physical dissatisfaction with a product, no refunds are granted. Please look at the photos and read the description carefully, especially the provided size measurements.
